If you are operating an in-house core system, you may enjoy the flexibility that it provides, but dislike the worry of nightly operation of the system and general maintenance.  LD Systems can alleviate your worries and assist you with the operations and maintenance of your in-house system.

Clients that use this service retain ownership and responsibility for the core system and software, yet they house it at our facility, where we provide the following services:

• Daily operation of specific functions such as ACH, ATM interfaces, etc.
• Nightly update
• Nightly backup including offsite storage of data
• Call to hardware repair in the event of a problem
• Application of vendor software patches
• Restoration of data in the event of a problem
• Load of year-end software
• Execution of year-end functions including IRS file generation and forms
• It is still your system; we are just operating it, housing it, and maintaining it for you! If we have
  a problem with the system, we call your vendor on your behalf, and obtain assistance as needed.
• All procedures are carefully documented — we perform only the functions that you give us
  security rights to access.

Your system is housed in our secure, climate controlled facility with redundant power and fire suppression.  Our systems professionals monitor the system and operate it according to your instructions, using credentials supplied by you.  We can initiate calls to your hardware or software vendor if there is a problem with the computer system or its software.  Ask us about this service-- we think you’ll find that you can enjoy the benefits of our hosting service for little more than the cost of a system operator at your bank.
